This is a “not for profit” website run by an enthusiastic amateur for all to enjoy. The website owner collects visual data for the sole purpose of putting into the public domain the various sky phenomena that is captured by the video cameras. Whilst it is entirely possible that other imagery/video may be captured during this process, this is not the intended purpose. All requests for removal of any data will be considered on a case by case basis and must be submitted via the contact page.

The website owner does not routinely collect any personally identifiable information, other than that required to monitor the usual website traffic statistics - IP Addresses, browser type etc. Where visitors to this website have provided personal information (e.g. email address), the website owner will take reasonable and practicable measures to protect that information, unless required to divulge it under UK law.
